The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.

Provides and/or gathers, reviews, analyzes, validates, evaluates and maps business systems, processes and user needs

Formulates proposals for new systems, procedures and/ or processes and implements

Performs and participates in the analysis, design and implementation of business systems following appropriate standards and requirement gathering

Performs project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member

Helping to assemble and manage project teams comprising of representatives from a variety of internal teams in order to deliver change items as defined and prioritized on the global book of work

Producing business requirements and functional specification documentation designing UAT scripts and acting as UAT coordinator

Running multiple projects simultaneously, driving those projects to delivery and providing regular status updates to the regional line change head within regular governance meetings

Working in close partnership with the various regional teams to identify control risks or process improvement opportunities and providing hands-on support to the Ops line as a subject matter expert including devising technical workarounds to immediate production issues when required

Providing management, logistics and administrative support for Global MS Delivery and Field Service s organization for Local

Delivery, ensuring operational readiness for the “Process” activities

Desired experience for analyst SME includes:

Work closely with diverse IT and business teams to assist and coordinate the remediation efforts

Conduct continuous security analysis on network, application, and infrastructure components

Assist in coordinating technical aspects related to compliance in support of Audit, Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Security and Executives

Familiar with Security Configuration Management tools such as Qualys QualysGuard, nCircle IP360, Symantec CCS/ESM
