Position: Finance Manager

Required National: Omani only

Responsibilities

Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Conduct financial and sensitivity/risk analysis and implement risk mitigation strategies
Analyze financial trends and make recommendations on spending or investment decisions
Review insurance coverage and make recommendations to ensure appropriate coverage
Work with bankers to ensure adequate credit facilities in place for business (bank guarantees)
Prepare and present timely and accurate reporting analysis to management
Monitor internal controls, policies, and procedures for the financial department
Track and evaluate financial performance indicators, key metrics, and financial ratios
Provide financial insight, recommendations, and guidance to senior management on business decisions and cost management strategies
Lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial objectives
Direct all audits involving accounting and administrative controls.
Review tax reporting, adhere to timely submission and payments.
Oversee the preparation of business activity reports and financial forecasts.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role or in the field of finance
At least 3 years of experience in services (professional) business
Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
Must be well-versed with all Accounting Functions
Should have experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
Ability to manage Annual Budget is required
Experience in Financial Planning is a must
Must have knowledge of Project Administration, PoC

Education:

B. S. in accounting, finance, business or related field from a four-year college or university (MBA or CPA is a plus)
