Quality Assurance (QA):

Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Assurance processes and systems.
Ensure that products meet company standards and customer requirements.
Prepare and execute test plans and test cases based on product specifications and requirements.
Conduct audits of processes, procedures, and documentation to verify compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO 9001, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze quality trends and initiate corrective actions.
Train and mentor team members on quality best practices, tools, and methodologies.

Quality Control (QC):

Perform routine inspections and tests on materials, products, and systems to ensure they meet predefined quality standards.
Record and document test results, identify defects or issues, and report findings to management.
Work with the production team to ensure adherence to established quality standards during production and manufacturing processes.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues identified during inspections.
Inspect finished products and perform final product verification before release to customers or shipment.
Conduct root cause analysis for recurring quality issues and propose solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of quality inspections, tests, audits, and non-conformance issues.
Generate and review quality reports for management review.
Develop quality documentation (e.g., standard operating procedures, inspection criteria, checklists) for production processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Drive initiatives to improve product quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, quality control technologies, and best practices.
