Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer at MG Steel Industries Pvt Ltd in Janakpur. The CEO will be responsible for overseeing all company operations, developing business strategies, managing finances, leading sales initiatives, and implementing strategic planning to drive growth and success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals and improve profitability.
- Drive the vision, mission, and strategic objectives of the organization in alignment with stakeholders.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness in processes.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain operations.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
- Mentor and develop leadership skills within the organization, ensuring succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
Financial Oversight:
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Communicate effectively with board members, investors, and senior management.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
- Identify market trends and drive the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and solutions.
- Lead initiatives to improve product quality, reduce production downtime, and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fields. MBA is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of operational systems, production planning, and supply chain management.
- Proven Experience in HR Management
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and budget management tools.
Experience:
- **8–10 years of experience** in executive or senior leadership roles, with a focus on manufacturing, production, or operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects.
- Proven experience in driving organizational change, improving operational efficiency, and delivering measurable results.
- A strong portfolio of achievements in business growth, process optimization, and stakeholder management.
