Position Overview:
The Restaurant Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Royal Taj Restaurant Moro Branch. Initially, the focus of the position will be on this single branch, ensuring operational efficiency, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards in both service and food quality. As the company expands, the role offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibilities, including overseeing operations across multiple branches, providing a clear path for career growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant , ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across both front-of-house and back-of-house.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service in alignment with the Royal Taj Restaurant standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of restaurant staff, ensuring a productive and positive work environment that fosters exceptional service.
- Address and resolve customer feedback and concerns promptly, maintaining a strong focus on guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall profitability of the branch.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering, and supply management, ensuring cost-effective practices while maintaining optimal quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and schedules, and collaborate with senior management to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within the fine dining sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to service excellence.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety, quality control, and staff management.
