About You:
Our People team is expanding and we are looking to hire a People and Culture Coordinator to support with the exciting and rapid people growth across head office and retail.
You will play a key role in supporting the P&C Manager to ensure a positive employee experience for all of our team, gaining experience in supporting in matters across the entire employee lifecycle and everything in between.
Day to day, you could find yourself:
- Supporting the people and culture manager with recruitment for stores (and head office as required) across UK, from screening applications to managing the interview process with hiring managers through to offer stage.
- Contractual management.
- Learning and Development support and initiative roll-out.
- Diversity and Inclusion strategy roll-out support.
- Supporting with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures in accordance and compliance with UK law and updates.
- Supporting with the employee onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for our team members.
- Maintaining people trackers.
- Maintaining employee compliance across varied areas including reference checking, right to work management and more.
- Supporting the people and culture manager in executing social and connection initiatives and opportunities.
- Supporting with Employee Relation matters, gaining experience across all areas of employment Law as a high growth brand with a growing workforce for head office and retail.
- Supporting with varied administrative tasks as and when required.
- Support with various people projects.
To hit the ground running, you'll come with:
- An understanding of employment Law, ideally with a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Excellent people, organisational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and desire to learn and grow alongside the company.
