At Lindt Iberia, we are looking for a Media & Communications Manager to be a key partner for our Marketing Team and to manage the media and PR/communications strategy.
Reporting to our Marketing Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead media agency management: Oversee agency performance, status calls, and effectiveness of media plans.
- Support media audits: Handle contractual and annual media performance evaluations.
- Manage post-campaign analysis: Report on Share of Voice, competitor reviews, and track performance via KPI dashboards.
- Assist in contract negotiations: Support pitches and negotiations led by International Marketing.
- Negotiate media annually: Manage negotiations with key media owners based on approved marketing plans.
- Develop internal media capabilities: Train and coach the local marketing team.
- Contribute to GLA (Global Learning Agenda): Lead Iberia’s input in global learning and creativity initiatives.
- Coordinate Corporate Communications: Approve content and plans, liaise with external PR agency.
- Manage PR calendar and releases: Oversee PR strategies, media releases, and internal coordination.
- Lead Social Media content creation: Work with external PR agency on content for Spain and Portugal, and develop innovation-related content,
- Collaborate with internal teams for digital strategies: Work with Retail/E-commerce teams on SEM/SEO and Wholesale strategies.
Experience & tools:
- 4+ years in related roles, ideally partially within a media agency.
- English: At least C1. Check in the interview.
- Spanish: Native or B2 minimum.
- Portuguese not required but it would be an asset for the execution of the position.
- PC user with high proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Sensitivity for developing Premium marketing elements.
