Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for keeping time?
We are looking for a qualified Time Keeper to join our team in Bardaghat, Nawalparasi. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking employee hours, ensuring accurate payroll processing, and maintaining timekeeping records.
Responsibilities:
Accurately record employee attendance (clock in/out times)
Maintain and update timekeeping systems
Prepare and process payroll data
Generate reports on employee time and attendance
Assist with timekeeping-related inquiries from employees and managers
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in a similar position
Strong understanding of timekeeping principles and practices
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel is a must)
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits:
