Administrative Assistant for the Diabetes Optimisation Team
Working with the Value Based Health Care Team, there is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the VBHC diabetes optimisation team.
The Role Involves
- Arranging clinic sessions with GP practices.
- Sending letters to patients inviting them for a diabetes review.
- Contacting patients by telephone to arrange a clinic appointment.
- Updating excel spreadsheets and assisting the team in obtaining any necessary supplies.
This post is fixed term/secondment position is until 31st March 2026, 18 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, reporting to the Senior Pharmacy Technician, to meet the needs of the service.
