We're currently recruiting a Recruitment Officer.
Mission:
Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, you will support and execute recruitment processes to ensure the effective acquisition of talent. Your role involves managing job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating the recruitment activities to align with the organization's hiring needs.
Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings and advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Screen and shortlist resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.
- Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to improve processes and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant training or certification in Recruitment, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles is desirable.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; knowledge in recruitment software and MS Office Suite.
