Position Overview:
Responsible for driving secondary value & volume objectives in HORECA accounts. This position will ensure adequate service level in market & build business by new accounts acquisition in HORECA. .

Experience
2-4 years of experience in HORECA
Desired Competencies
- Market Execution, Business Development, Channel Partner Management, Selling & Negotiation,
- Should have experience of working in FMCG sales function, preferably in Institution channel and HORECA
Key Responsibilities
Ensure achievement of secondary sales targets in HORECA
- Achievement of category wise dairy targets
Business Development – New account addition in HORECA and operationalize dairy category wise plans
- Able to spot opportunities in HORECA and convert them into incremental business
- Tie up with HORECA suppliers
- New account acquisition in HORECA
- Leverage New Product Launch or Consumer Promos.
- Track & review performance of new products / schemes
- Track and review performance of PSM’s
Ensure adequate service level in market & build business in existing & new accounts
- Ensure adequate servicing at accounts
- Maintain relations with existing accounts
- Increase the depth and width per dealer
- Perform activations as per decided by ASM
Market Intelligence
- Collect & report required market information on competitor activities like promotions (trade & consumer), service day, off-take, prices, new launches, visibility etc
Maintain records & systems
Represent Britannia for consumer complaints
- Visit consumer to address & sort quality complaints.
- Inform Quality about status of complaint
