The HR Business Partner is responsible for overseeing HR functions in-store, including Talent Acquisition, Development, Performance, and Rewards. He/ She collaborates with business stakeholders to maintain a productive and efficient in-store workforce, optimizing all human resource aspects.
Responsibilities
- Ensure continuous compliance with company policies and procedures, encompassing the code of conduct, employee handbook, attire regulations, working schedules, and facilities for staff.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers in developing, documenting, and communicating solutions (including disciplinary action) for individual Employee Relations cases.
- Advise managers on developing and leading teams effectively, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to meet current and future business needs.
- Support employees and managers throughout the performance review cycle, maintain the appraisal system, and communicate employees' learning needs and training requirements to the Talent Development department.
- Follow the organization’s Health and Safety protocols to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the safeguarding of the environment and the well-being of oneself and others.
- Perform exit interviews, transfers, and relocations while maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation.
- Deliver training programs for specific areas using prepared content.
- Ensure consistent implementation of employees’ activities, gatherings, and engagement programs.
- Analyze job requirements, source candidates from databases and social media, screens, interviews, and select applicants for lower and middle-level open positions.
- Provide analyses of HR data, identify key trends, and contribute to generating HR insights that facilitate diagnosing business issues, enhancing employee engagement, and improving business performance.
- Implement and maintain the most efficient staff structure aligned with store requirements and productivity goals. Coordinate the allocation of budgeted hours and headcount while ensuring adherence to pertinent local laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or Business Administration, or a related field.
- Two to four years of experience in Human Resources, or a similar role.
- Fluency in English, and Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
