Overview
The Data Entry Assistant plays a critical role in ensuring that data is accurately inputted, organized, and maintained within the organization's database systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Input data accurately into database systems.
- Verify and update existing data for accuracy.
- Maintain records management systems.
- Assist in generating reports from data.
- Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments to obtain necessary data.
- Ensure data confidentiality and security compliance.
- Perform basic data analysis as needed.
- Respond to data inquiries and provide assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree running/completed.
- Relevant experience preferred. Fresher is encouraged to apply as well.
- Familiarity with data entry software and databases.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed requirement.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Driving license with two-wheeler vehicle is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
