We are seeking a dynamic
Product Manager to lead the product development process for the UK and EU markets, collaborating with a talented Global Product Team. This role offers not only career growth but also the chance to work within an innovative and exciting environment.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Product Development: Manage the development process from concept to final launch for UK and EU markets while liaising with the Global Product Team
- Customer-Centric Design: Gather inputs from customer needs, industry trends, internal feedback, and suppliers to develop products that add value to both customers and the organization
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, and other internal teams to incorporate valuable feedback into product designs
- Safety and Quality Standards: Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and margin goals, while maintaining aesthetic and functional design
- Testing and Certifications: Coordinate UK and EU-based product testing and manage certifications for compliance
- Inventory and SKU Management: Collaborate with inventory planning teams to analyze sales trends and refine product lines
- Lifecycle Management: Utilize Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems to plan, document, and execute product development cycles
- Supplier Relations: Communicate and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery
- Market Research: Monitor competitor trends and identify new product opportunities
- Cross-Continental Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across Europe and the US to drive development projects forward

Requirements
Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Apparel/Textile or a related field
- Ideally, 5+ years' experience in product development, production planning, manufacturing, and supply chain optimization for apparel and accessories
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PLM systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within global teams
- A proactive and solution-oriented mindset to address issues before escalation
- Willingness to travel internationally as part of the role
