Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- Experience leveraging problem-solving skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by the audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that generate results and efficiencies.

Responsibilities
- Influence executive-level decision-making around core business decisions, such as prioritization of growth opportunities, through problem-solving insights to increase productivity.
- Be a trusted advisor to your organization and their leadership team, communicating, structuring, and problem solving and ambiguous business challenges and supporting organization priorities.
- Run and improve operations by launching new programs, target setting, streamlining processes, automating tasks, identifying opportunities across the business, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Organize the design and implementation of business cadence to deliver effective operations and achieve key milestones.
