- Managing Reception Area: Keep the reception area tidy and presentable.
- Handling Calls: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes if necessary.
- Mail and Courier Services: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, and manage schedules.
- Data Entry: Maintain and update company records, databases, and documentation.
- Procurement: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Correspondence: Draft emails, letters, and other official communications.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between departments for smooth communication and task flow.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of office activities, including attendance logs and vendor details.
- Expense Tracking: Assist in managing budgets and processing invoices.
- Event Support: Help organize company events, meetings, or training sessions.
