Preparation Staff
Job Responsibilities:
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change to customers.
- Preparing Orders: Assist in preparing food, beverages, or other items as per customer orders and company standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Inventory Management: Help with stock preparation, organizing ingredients, and restocking items as required.
- Cash Register Operation: Operate the cash register, ensuring accuracy in recording sales and processing payments.
- Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the preparation area and cash handling equipment are clean and organized.
- Daily Cash Reconciliation: Assist in counting cash and balancing cash drawers at the end of shifts.
Job Requirements:
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Prior experience in cash handling or customer-facing roles is preferred.
