Overview: The Hospitality Operations Manager oversees all operations of the E-Stop Dining Station, ensuring a seamless integration of restaurant services with EV charging facilities. This includes managing daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining profitability and operational excellence.
Operational Management:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage staff across kitchen, service, and support roles; schedule shifts to ensure optimal team performance.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high standards of service quality, address customer concerns promptly, and create a welcoming environment to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Revenue Management: Monitor sales performance, control expenses, and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Menu and Service Optimization: Work with chefs and service teams to maintain and improve the menu offerings, ensuring consistent food quality and timely service.
- Marketing and Growth: Execute local promotions and events to attract customers, increase footfall, and drive business growth.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare and analyze financial reports, track performance against budgets, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
- Team Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and foster a positive work environment to retain and motivate employees.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dining station, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
3-5 years of managerial experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
