PURPOSE
It provides support for the implementation and proper management of recruitment and selection processes in compliance with internal procedures and on the basis of directives from the Human Resources Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Initiation of selections by activating the most appropriate channels (database, scouting, direct search, ATS, advertisements, contact with external suppliers, network);
- Screening of applications received, also by telephone screening;
- First interview phase and support to the line in any subsequent interviews;
- Back office activities to support selection activities (contacting and calling candidates, organising appointments, managing written and/or telephone feedback, organising interviews for the line);
- Updating databases on: open selections, candidates, schools/institutes, scouting including any paper files;
- Seeking new contacts and new sources of recruitment (courses, schools, institutions, suppliers, sites, etc.).
- Personnel management, participating in feedback meetings with staff;
- Drafting letters for employee contracts, under the supervision of the HR Manager;
- Recruitment administrative activities (collection of pre-recruitment documents, cuts, saving in Top Doc, etc.) interfacing with HR administration.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree in Law, master’s in human resources or related fields
