DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

VESSEL DISCHARGE I LOADING OPERATION

• Receiving ship arrival notification from operations dept

• Preparation of ship line tanks

• Collection of vessels berthing information from port control office

• Assigning our representative at jetty upon confirming the vessel arrival

• Preparation of ship shore agreement

• Meeting with c/o after securing gangway to obtain documents from port of loading.

• Obtain filled & signed ship shore agreement and confirmation of hose connection from c/o

• Preparation & sign of NOR

• Passing information to c/o for the readiness of discharge/loading after the completion of hose connection.

• Checking the pressure of pipeline

• Confirming the resuming of discharge

• Record shore tank gauge and report to operations

• After completion of operation clean the line with air blowing.

• Preparation of SOF ,Pumping log

• Examine the arrival qty & shore receiving qty and check whether there is any difference

• Collect survey reports to operation for records (Documentation filing)

TRUCK LOADING PROCEDURE

·If truck loading is going on that time check empty weight and after loading check the weightage give the document after loading.

•check the weightage of truck before & after truck loading process.

•confirm with mail whether truck number is correct or not.

·If discharging is going on that time also checking load weight and empty weight of truck after that give the documents.

·The weightage of cargo loaded is to cleared checked & properly weighed as per client instructions.

DAILY STOCK REPORT

·Evaluation of the daily stock report based on ship loading & discharge process.

·Evaluation based on truck loading quantity.

·Preparation of the truck documents based upon the temp, cargo grade, quantity.

·Daily stock report must be sent to client as well as in operations group.
