Well versed with leave management
Knowledge of HR functions like payroll, increment, trainings, etc
Maintain employee attendance, performance review records
Maintain overall employee data
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process, knowledge of blue collared personnel hiring is plus
Understanding of UAE labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Knowledge of visa and ticket bookings for expats
Knowledge of DMCC visa processing, cancellations and other modifications
Handle overall administrative and clerical work
Be actively involved in employee concerns resolution and recognition programs
Should have an experience of setting up fun at work activities to keep the employees motivated
Understanding of other countries residency visa processing
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be a one point of contact for the management personnel to keep them informed and organized with current on goings in the company
4-6 years of experience required, out of which minimum 2 years of Dubai experience, DMCC experience is an added advantage.
