Job Title: Assistant HR Executive
Job Overview:
Nayatel is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team in the Training and Development domain and help enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify training needs across departments.
- Design and develop training programs and materials.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics; make recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with department heads and subject matter experts to tailor training content to meet specific organizational needs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of training activities and employee progress.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development; recommend new training methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Education: BBA, MBA or relevant education.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or individuals with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
