Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ambala at Aditya Birla Finance Limited. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in managing a sales team and meeting sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Relevant certifications in sales or finance would be beneficial
