Overview
The Account Assistant plays a crucial role in the financial functioning of the organization, providing essential support to the accounting and finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain financial records (ledgers, invoices, receipts, payment
- Prepare and send invoices to clients.
- Monitor and track payments, follow up on overdue accounts.
- Handle billing inquiries and maintain records.
- Generate billing reports for management.
- Handle cash and other financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
