Waiters/Waitresses to join their renowned food and beverage team. The Waiter/Waitress will be responsible for delivering exceptional service in the restaurant, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, and working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take food and drink orders and ensure accuracy when relaying orders to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in a professional manner
- Monitor guests' needs, promptly addressing any requests or issues
- Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintain cleanliness throughout the service
- Handle payments and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing a high standard of service
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
