Job Purpose:
The role is responsible for supporting all real estate development activities.

Core Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive financial analysis and feasibility studies for the investment of real estate assets.
and maintain financial models specific to the investment of real estate assets with investment
model (BOT, CMA Funds, SPV, JV or any other models), sensitives analysis, cashflow projection
and estimating all relevant financial metrics.
- Market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities that enhance the financial performance of real estate assets.
- Financial insights to support the evaluation of the potential investments of real estate development and identifying opportunities for revenue optimization.
- Real estate assets to assess its overall financial health, potential for growth, capture high performing and critical assets and alignment with the financial objectives.
- Regular financial reports, including real estate assets performance summaries, variance analysis and identify any cost or revenue as required.
- All financial reporting is summarized for management purposes and detailed for data tracking.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
4 years of relevant experience
