Are you passionate about social media and ready to take on exciting challenges?
As a Social Media Officer, you will develop and deploy a social media strategy to increase the visibility of our brands (Casino, Sports, and others), boost engagement, and foster community growth across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and influencers to promote the brand's values.
Responsibilities will include:
- Developing social media strategy: Create a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals. Identify the right social media platforms to reach our target audience and maximize brand visibility.
- Planning and managing social media campaigns: Design, implement, and manage social media campaigns (organic or paid) across different platforms to enhance brand visibility and increase engagement. Work closely with internal and external teams to coordinate the planning and execution of campaigns.
- Creating compelling content: Produce engaging and viral content that boosts brand awareness, increases audience reach, and promotes community growth. Utilize various formats such as images, videos, and infographics to diversify content.
- Tracking performance indicators: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement rate, and follower growth to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts. Use the data collected to identify improvement opportunities and adjust the strategy accordingly.
- Competitive analysis and market monitoring: Regularly perform competitive analysis to understand market trends and gain insights to enhance our social media initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on social media monitoring and market trends.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Work closely with the Brand & Communication, Online, Landbased, and Betting teams to ensure the successful integration of social media initiatives into overall marketing strategies. Coordinate communication activities with influential teams to ensure alignment with our brand values.
