Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Program Manager to co-lead our customer migration initiative while also driving overarching strategic initiatives for the digital team. This role combines project management with strategic oversight, focusing on migrating customers to a new platform and shaping the strategy to enhance overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will excel in creating compelling presentations and communicating complex strategies effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Migration Project Management:
- Lead the execution of the customer migration project, ensuring seamless transition with minimal disruption.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of migration processes and integration.
Marketing and Communication:
- Partner with the marketing team to create and execute communication strategies that effectively inform and engage customers.
- Design and oversee the creation of educational materials, including presentations, guides, and online content.
- Analyze marketing and communication effectiveness, adjusting strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
Operational Efficiency:
- Work with operations teams to streamline processes and ensure operational efficiency during the migration and other projects
- Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that arise, ensuring minimal impact on customer experience.
Customer Feedback and Support:
- Develop and implement strategies to gather and analyze customer feedback throughout the migration process.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to address feedback, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Use insights from customer feedback to drive continuous improvements in migration strategies and processes.
Presentation and Reporting:
- Create high-quality presentations to communicate project updates, strategic plans, and results to stakeholders and senior management.
- Prepare and deliver reports and presentations that effectively convey complex information in a clear and engaging manner.
- Utilize data and metrics to support strategic recommendations and decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field.
- Strategic Insight: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, with strong ability to hustle and own
- Presentation Skills: Expertise in creating impactful presentations using tools such as PowerPoint. Ability to present complex information in a clear, engaging, and persuasive manner.
