Position Overview:
Gloo have been exclusively retained following a management buy out to secure our client a new CEO. This is a hugely exciting opportunity to take globally recognised Software Company into their next phase of growth.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, global operations, and overall growth of the organisation. As the key figurehead, the CEO will ensure the company's market leadership, driving innovation and operational excellence while strengthening the company's presence in existing and emerging markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company's strategic vision, focusing on innovation, technology leadership, and market growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
- 12+ years of senior leadership experience in the tech sector, with a focus on high-growth, innovation-driven technology companies.
- Proven success in leading global teams and operations, with a demonstrated track record of delivering growth and innovation.
