“Accounts Assistant” For MedNet Global
As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a “Accounts Assistant - Finance”, This position is responsible for managing the collection, allocation and payment of claims to providers in UAE as well as other MedNets as required.
Your Job:
- Reconcile and maintaining all claims bank accounts
- No unallocated cash receipts, follow up with the relevant team to obtain payment details
- Perform monthly key control compliance checks on claims processing (inc Claims Control Equation)
- Liaise with internal and external auditors to provide them with any relevant information as required during the audits.
- Identify and adhere to key controls identified in accounting processes
- Regular reconciliations with PIC’s and providers
- Prepare weekly KPI’s and report to line manager
- Ensures that internal communication requirements with all departments are being adhered to in a timely and professional manner for work related issues.
Your Profile:
- Universitydegree in finance or Accounting is preferable
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Accounting.
- Working knowledge of recognized ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Team player
- Organized and structured
