As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading Third-Party Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire a “Officer – Customer Service”, He / She will be responsible on ensuring customer satisfaction. (UAE Nationals)
Your Job:
- Primary channel for receiving complaints from customers, insured groups and payers. The complaints could come through different channels like email, telephone, online complaint lodging systems.
- Speak with customers over telephone or in person in order to obtain details of complaints and periodically notify the customer about the progress of the complaint investigations, results and any planned adjustments.
- Comply with internal complaint escalation protocols if a case is delayed or not resolved in an appropriate or time-bound manner, by the designated department.
- Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Client and Internal Servicing Support the efforts of partners like Insurance companies and brokers, in their client servicing requirements.
- Explore and maintain a sales pipeline of potential customers and pass this information / contacts to the business development team.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in the customer service field is an added value.
- Computer literate and good knowledge of MS office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English language in addition to Arabic would be a plus
- Strong organization skills.
- Analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to Handle Unpredictable Situations.
