About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant HR Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including advertising vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
* Onboard new hires, ensuring they are properly welcomed, oriented, and equipped to succeed in their roles.
* Manage employee relations, including addressing concerns, handling disciplinary matters, and mediating conflict.
* Assist with the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
* Support with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Graduation in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an HR role.
* Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in MS Office Suite.
* Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) a plus.
