In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in shaping the marketing strategy and enhancing brand awareness, all while adopting a hands-on approach to lead generation and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and drive MQL lead generation across both online and offline channels.
- Manage HubSpot CRM and optimise their WordPress website, ensuring content is fresh and engaging.
- Oversee social media accounts, crafting content that resonates with their audience.
- Collaborate across teams to create marketing and sales collateral that supports business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR regulations across all marketing activities.

Requirements
- At least three years' experience in a B2B marketing role
- Experience marketing for the construction or fit-out sectors is desirable.
- Strong digital marketing background with proficiency in utilising CRM's and familiarity with CMSs such as WordPress.
- Proven success in generating leads and developing company branding.
- Experience working for SMEs highly desirable.
- Strategic mindset, with a hands on approach
