We are currently recruiting for a Training Specialist-Facilities Management Soft Services to join our Facilities Management team in Dubai.
Scope: The Training Specialist develops and implements a comprehensive training strategy to enhance employee skills and achieve organizational goals. This includes identifying training needs, designing and delivering programs, creating materials, and evaluating program effectiveness. They collaborate with subject matter experts, provide coaching, ensure regulatory compliance, and incorporate emerging trends. Additionally, the specialist tests and refines training content to maximize impact.
Financial
- This strategic role develops and implements training programs aligned with business goals, potentially reducing employee turnover and increasing productivity – both of which directly impact your financial performance. They also evaluate program effectiveness and recommend cost-effective solutions, ensuring your training investment delivers maximum ROI
Customer
- Ensure learning and development methods align with and integrate organizational requirements for quality, health and safety, legal compliance, environmental policies, and general duty of care.
- Contribute as an SME to the Learning Needs Analysis (LNA)
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their development and career progression, enhancing employee satisfaction and performance.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up to date, maintaining high standards of training for both internal staff and external clients.
Process
- Identify needs/conduct LNA, design and build engaging training programs that align with organizational goals and learning objectives. This involves choosing appropriate delivery methods (e.g., in-person, online), creating effective learning materials as PPT, learning plan, session plan, handouts and incorporating best practices.
- Deliver training in line with the client Learning Plan and recommendations of the Learning Needs Analysis results
- Facilitate information using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role plays, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and presentations
- Assess the impact of their programs by measuring knowledge retention, skill application, and overall participant satisfaction. This feedback is crucial for ongoing program improvement.
- Update attendance, assessment and evaluation records at the end of each session onto TR360 & Shared folder.
- Update any new learning technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices to ensure their programs remain relevant and effective.
- Conduct OJT and site inspections to evaluate the training effectiveness.
