The Canadian University invites applications for a Temporary HR Assistant
Temporary HR Assistant
3 months contract -Immediate Joining
- Performing administrative duties, such as maintaining employee databases and sorting emails for the HR department
- Maintaining proper records of employee Files
- Assisting the Sr HR Manager in policy formulation, hiring and salary administration
- Serving as a point of contact, providing smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries
- Managing and coordinating schedules for the HR department, including meetings and events
- Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws
- Responds to requests for positions descriptions, specifications, etc. as needed.
- Works closely with HR team members and departments to gather necessary information and clarify requests.
- Participates in HR team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining and reviewing the recruitment database for CV screening
- Conducting the Pre & Post on boarding for New Hires
Skills & Proficiencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information .
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Experience in working with Oracle application
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Management or closely related field
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with administrative work
