Job Description
Qualification Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in airport management, aviation, or a related field is preferred.
Experience Minimum 2-4 years of experience in airport operations or a similar role

Responsibilities
- Monitor daily airport operations to ensure compliance with safety, security, and service standards.
- Coordinate with ground staff, security personnel, airlines, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth airport activities.
- Assist in the management of passenger flow, including check-in, security screening, boarding, and baggage handling processes.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of airport facilities, including runways, terminals, and parking areas.
- Respond to passenger inquiries and resolve any customer service issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in managing emergency situations, including evacuations, medical incidents, and security threats, ensuring a swift and coordinated response.
- Conduct regular inspections of airport facilities and equipment to ensure everything is functioning correctly and adheres to safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, airport policies, and security procedures.
- Prepare reports on airport activities, incidents, and other operational matters.
- Assist in maintaining communication between the airport management, airlines, ground services, and regulatory authorities.
