P & L Management:
- In-charge of P & L account of India co-marketing business having portfolio of Biologics
- Annual budgeting including portfolio, gross margins & profitability plans
- Evaluate new business opportunities with potential new clients / product portfolio & working on commercial feasibility
Client management:
- Establish and maintain long term relationships with active & potential clients
- Involved in complete due diligence process with client & Intas technical teams for clearance of technical parameters
- Exploring business expansion opportunities for new products and formulations
Cross-functional Team management:
- Working across boundaries for demand forecasting / ensuring timely supplies / maintaining payment cycles by coordinating with both external as well as internal stakeholders / teams
- Initiate and renew supply agreements with competitive terms and amendments thereafter with the help of in-house legal department
- Extensive communications with internal CFTs (PPMC, quality, regulatory, legal, costing, finance, taxation, AW, Audit, Bio-bulk, Purchase, Vendors)
Managing research modules like Global IMS & other market intelligence datasets
Working with strategy lead on specific projects related to portfolio strategy & operational excellence
Education & experience:
B. Pharma + MBA with experience in pharma sales as well as marketing. Experience across strategy / BD would be an additional advantage
