Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems
- Professional certifications, such as Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) or CompTIA A+, are a plus
