Facilitate partnership between business and HR COEs by ensuring day to-day HR generalist activities and tasks are executed and implemented within the agreed HR parameters, to ensure efficient implementation of different HR Programs & Initiatives.
Support the HRBP in implementing organization development and change management initiatives in order to enhance the organizational effectiveness.
Collaborate with business and HR COEs to develop internal HR wide partnerships, in order to deliver business with relevant and effective HR solutions.
Create and analyze trends/metrics in partnership with the respective HR COEs to support the development of sustainable solutions, programs and policies.
Attend queries received through various channels, in order to resolve and provide guidance on employment policies, practices, procedures, staffing and other HR activities to staff and line managers.
Develop and maintain necessary MIS, reports and dashboards to discuss with line manager on the progress status of HR related matters and projects.
Support in analyzing and reviewing business and staff requests / cases and provide necessary feedback with recommendation to line manager, HR COEs or internal stakeholders.
Assist in Emiratization initiatives, objectives and action plans to meet the assigned Emiratization target assigned by the regulators.
Primary point of contact for employees for any assistance, clarifications, complaints, disputes and grievances and any other HR related requirements.
Escort HRBP in conducting periodic visits/meetings with the internal HR stakeholders to discuss various challenges and resolve issues.
Support line manager in monitoring the new joiners' engagement and integration to DIB and provide necessary briefing to them to ensure post joining requirements are met.
Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation.
Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.
All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent fields.
Work Experience
Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience as an HR professional, with client-facing HR Business Partner experience in Banking industry. UAE experience is a must
