Job Purpose
The Governance & Compliance Staff is responsible for assessing and documenting DACO compliance and setting risks as they relate to laws and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and implementation of corporate governance strategy and roadmap to support alignment with corporate strategy.
- Develop the corporate governance framework to ensure that a set of rules, controls, policies, and decisions are put in place to dictate corporate behavior while balancing the interests of the various stakeholders in the company.
- Identify the stakeholders involved in corporate governance to include the board of directors, senior management, internal and external stakeholders and identify the relationships and interactions between the various stakeholders.
- Ensure that strong oversight controls are maintained across all business processes in order to drive compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and code of conduct in the company.

- Define/update executive level committees, define relevant objectives and clarify mandate, roles and responsibilities.
- Develop a delegation of authority matrix including key decisions and relevant stakeholders and ensure they are properly communicated and implemented.
- Complies with All DACO Policies & Procedures including Safety and reporting hazards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned and any additional ad-hoc will be assigned as per work requirement.
Job Requirement
Education
A bachelor’s degree is required in Business Administration or equivalent.
