Job Purpose
Governance, Risk & Compliance Manager is responsible for maintaining the corporate governance framework that defines corporate governance frameworks and policies and updating it annually to ensure compliance with corporate needs, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure that policies, procedures, and controls for key operations are appropriate and are being followed to achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement partnerships/service-level agreements with government agencies.
- View regulatory changes, revisions, amendments, and improvements to existing documents or the content of the policies and procedures manual.
- Conduct corporate governance gap analysis and maturity assessment.
- Develop and update policies, procedures, and compliance framework in line with professional standards and good practices, ensuring their implementation and monitoring and maintaining the appropriate level of compliance in Dammam Airports Company.
- Overseeing compliance with governance policies, procedures and relevant provisions in laws and regulations.
- Conducting a compliance risk assessment and spreading a culture of compliance at all organizational levels in Dammam Airports Company.
- Provide supervision and guidance to employees in the performance of their roles and responsibilities, and delegate tasks to compliance activities.
- Identify and deal with all compliance risks and monitor their development in Dammam Airports Company.
- Ensure that audit observations related to compliance are reduced, and that periodic reports are drawn up on compliance programs.
- Preparing internal policies and procedures to combat administrative and financial corruption.
- Reviewing and approving all existing and new services and ensuring that they meet the regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the receipt of all laws, regulations and circulars issued by the supervisory authorities and the relevant authorities and following up on all the company's departments in their implementation.
- Send responses to circulars and letters to the supervisory authorities and review the reports of the company's departments sent to the supervisory authorities.
- Preparing a policy for reporting violations within the company, following it up and responding to it.
- Complies with All DACO Policies & Procedures including Safety and reporting hazards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned and any additional ad-hoc will be assigned as per work requirement.
Job Requirement
Education
A bachelor’s degree is required in Business Administration or equivalent.
Years of Experience
Minimum 5 years
