GEMS New Millennium School, Dubai, is a K-12 school in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are a dual curriculum school offering CBSE & CAIE examinations (IGCSE/ AS and A levels). We are looking for a dynamic Vice Principal (whole school) to join the team from March 2025.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the Senior Leadership Team supporting the Principal/ CEO in leading the whole school strategically, creatively and operationally.
The post holder will be responsible for leading on school’s vision and mission, GEMS core values, all policies and practices, and responsible in shaping and implementing the educational strategy for the school.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Embracing and encouraging the ethos and standards of excellence as defined in the GEMS Core Values.
- Leading on effective monitoring and development of the SEF and SDP.
- Leading on curriculum and its adaptation to meet the needs of all students.
- Improving standards in academic performance and well-being of the students.
- Leading on performance management and performance development plans of staff.
- Leading professional development to ensure high quality learning and teaching.
- Managing budgets and school operations.
- Promoting the school to all stakeholders and playing an impactful role in the school community.
