We have an exciting opportunity for a creative to join our team as our Marketing Manager where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for our business. Collaborating closely with the Head of Marketing, the marketing team, and key stakeholders, you will lead the delivery of both traditional and digital marketing activities that align with our strategic business objectives.
Your efforts will not only support business development teams but also enhance brand awareness. Additionally, you will measure and communicate the performance of these activities to key stakeholders, while continuously identifying new marketing opportunities to drive our business forward.
Xyla, part of Acacium Group, is an integrated healthcare solution that improves people’s lives and alleviates the demands of the UK healthcare system. Our services help people avoid hospital or accelerate them safely through it, with specialist support in their community or homes whenever needed.
Every day you will…
- Oversee the developing planning and execution of campaigns across various channels, including events, PR, and digital platforms in line with business goals and objectives ensuring correct mediums are used and that campaigns are successful
- Write fresh, engaging and targeted materials for a variety of channels including patient information materials, our website, advertising collateral, publications, campaign marketing collateral, and press releases.
- Collaborate with the Social Media team to manage the brand’s online presence, ensuring up-to-date content on events, news articles, and engaging multimedia whilst also mange relationship with PR agency to identify key opportunities in line with strategy to maximise return on investment
- Research and manage our event calendar to support brand awareness and overarching business goals which includes collaborating with the business to manage and execute internal and external events
- Establish networks with senior team members, updating them on a regular basis on marketing developments and working with them on cross-functional and internal communication projects which may require support from Xyla, Group and Digital Marketing teams.

To thrive in this role you must have...
- previous marketing experience (B2B or Healthcare/Social care experience desirable)
- prior experience creating and delivering detailed, integrated marketing strategies, campaigns and plans (online and offline).
- excellent writing, editing, presentation and proof-reading/copy-writing skills to produce well-formatted, brand compliant communications.
- a collaborative approach with strong communication and time management skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines
- an ability to manage time and output on tasks of others
