Large Deal (> 25 MN) management: Ensure that the bid runs with a project plan and drive it to closure on time
• Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for all parties involved in a bid.
• Ensure issue resolution among various stakeholders.
• Identify resource requirements to run the bid and fulfil the requirements
• Form proposal team and its structure with clearly defined role and responsibilities of authors and reviewers.
• Validate the ‘qualification of the opportunity’ and document revenue projections.
• Prepare RFP summary/storyboard and present it to all stakeholders.
• Integrate the proposal response.
• Coordinate with the finance team to come up with financial proposal and obtain the sign-off from the sales team.
• Produce post-bid review.
• Get hands-on and write few sections of the RFP response on their own or through the inputs from SMEs.
• Must have good Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT skills.
• The Bid Manager will be measured on targets such as Win Rate, Win Ratio, Quality of Proposals, On time Delivery of proposals
