Department Overview:
- The HR & Admin function is responsible for a wide range of activities, including recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation, and benefits, learning and development, and employee relations. The department works closely with other departments to ensure that Jetex has the necessary talent to achieve its strategic objectives and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.
2. JOB PURPOSE
- The job purpose is to facilitate an effective and smooth business workflow by providing efficient transport of people or materials from/to Jetex offices. It is responsible for operating the Company vehicles. The Chauffeurs should practice safety and health regulations to protect themselves, other Chauffeurs and the company asset.
3. JOB DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Deliver and collect cheques from/to Jetex offices.
- Send and receive items as needed from/to Jetex offices.
- Provide pick-up and drop-off assistance for staff in all departments.
- Assist with any other ad-hoc duties related to transportation or office support.
- Support in admin tasks related to outdoor suppliers, purchases.
- Handle some admin tasks related to staff documentation.
- Maintain and insure the Cleanliness/ Maintenance / Fuel of all company vehicles.
Compliance-related duties:
- Adhere to the documented procedures of the organization or department and retain documented evidence related to the performance of their role.
- The employee is expected to exercise their duty of care and must be aware of their health and safety responsibilities, accountability and authority; and shall comply with the policies and procedures outlined by the organization.

- Maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle

5. SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualification:
Valid UAE driving license - Experience:
2+ years of experience as a chauffeur - Skillset:
Fluent in English
Excellence driving skills.
Proficiency using GPS devices - Personal Skills:
Strong Time Management Skills
Great interpersonal skills
