As a Facilities and Estates Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and attractiveness of our internal and external communal areas. You will be responsible for carrying out routine cleaning, assisting in the removal of graffiti and fly-tipped waste, and conducting minor repairs to communal properties and gardens. Your adaptability and flexibility will be key as you may also be involved in cleaning, waste management, and general duties associated with estate management. Your excellent customer service skills will enable you to effectively deal with on-site customer inquiries and provide prompt assistance.

Requirements
- Full manual drivers license is a must
- Experience in cleaning or caretaking is highly desired
- Customer-oriented mindset with flexibility in working hours
- Knowledge and ability to operate cleaning and caretaking equipment
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and site safety
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills for accurate record keeping

- Salary: £23,088 per annum
- Annual salary increment increases
