Responsibilities
- Lead a Team: Oversee a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support in financial analysis and modeling.
- Develop Financial Models: Create and maintain advanced financial models to assess investments and forecast financial performance.
- Conduct Financial Analysis: Perform in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with various teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare Reports: Create and present financial reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Provide Strategic Recommendations: Offer strategic insights based on financial analysis and business intelligence.
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and modeling.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development.
- Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial concepts, investment analysis, and financial modeling techniques.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in financial modeling software and advanced Excel functions.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex financial data and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Communication Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
- Leadership: Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in leading and developing a team.
