We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our office. The Office Assistant will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and productive office environment by providing administrative support to various departments and ensuring that office functions run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle general inquiries, and manage email correspondence.
- Maintain office filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
- Manage office equipment maintenance and service requests.
- Support HR and finance departments with basic tasks such as updating records and processing invoices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in another relevant role
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
