Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Admin Manager and a motivated and
enthusiastic Gym Instructor to promote health and fitness among our employees and to oversee our
administrative operations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the efficient functioning of the office
while managing a team of administrative staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a
keen eye for detail, and the ability to implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will also
create and lead exercise programs, provide individual fitness guidance, and foster a positive and
engaging fitness culture within the workplace.

Additional Roles And Responsibilities As a Gym Instructor
Program Development: Design and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and fitness
levels of office employees.
Instruction: Lead group fitness classes (e.g., yoga, strength training, aerobics) and provide one-on-
one training sessions as needed.
Fitness Assessments: Conduct fitness assessments and health screenings to develop personalized
fitness plans for employees.
Wellness Promotion: Organize wellness events, workshops, and challenges to encourage employee
participation and engagement in fitness activities.
Support and Guidance: Offer advice on nutrition, exercise techniques, and overall wellness to
employees.
Facility Management: Maintain gym equipment and ensure the fitness area is safe, clean, and
welcoming.
Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve fitness
programs and services.
Qualifications
Certification from a recognized fitness organization
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; MBA preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in fitness instruction or personal training, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and engage employees.
