Job Summary:
The Corporate Finance Associate Principal is responsible for managing the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, overseeing corporate finance activities, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing forecasts, and supporting investment decisions to drive the company's financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Corporate Finance Activities:
- Manage capital budgeting processes, including evaluating investment opportunities and conducting feasibility studies.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and funding strategies.
- Support M&A activities by conducting due diligence and financial assessments of potential acquisitions.
- Strategic Guidance:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:
